MTAGIC Project: Searching for patterns

In our last update we had just finished running the study and we were just about to start analyzing the data. Since then we have been focusing on validating all of the data and working on the analysis. We have been looking at all of the touch data and made pivot tables and graphs in excel to look for patterns. We finished replicating all of the data analysis from the previous papers and now are looking at and thinking of new trends and ideas to implement and analyze. We are focusing on comparing interaction patterns from the two applications and looking at the differences between adult and children input but also specifically looking at the different age groups of children. We have already noticed interesting aspects in the data and are motivated to look at the patterns more intently and to think of new ideas. I am excited to finally be looking at all of the data we collected and to search for interesting patterns and findings.
